Deleting everything

Hello,

I just joined citeUlike, mainly because I want to be able to use the tag cloud feature to help me organise my references list.

Unfortunately I both made it all public and also just uploaded my bibtex file. This is annoying because my bibtex file also has a lot of one off photo references, unpublished notes and similar in it. Those just pollute the tags, for me and for everyone else.

What I want to do is delete everything in my library and then upload again, somewhat more selectively. Is there a file-import feature that uploads and parses them all but let's you do a final run through (say by title/author) and uncheck the ones you don't want to import?

Also, is there some easy way to make my library private, until I get what has just become a bit of a mess all cleaned up?

Thanks, Christo

Found a solution: click on a tag and there is a "delete everything with this tag" link :)

Best, xto

CiteULike organises scholarly (or academic) papers or literature and provides bibliographic (which means it makes bibliographies) for universities and higher education establishments. It helps undergraduates and postgraduates. People studying for PhDs or in postdoctoral (postdoc) positions. The service is similar in scope to EndNote or RefWorks or any other reference manager like BibTeX, but it is a social bookmarking service for scientists and humanities researchers.
